Introduction:

The Indiana State Museum is seeking ways to increase pre-registration numbers in order to reduce event waste, and promote better event planning. To do this, we have researched how the Indiana State Museum staff can effectively increase pre-registration numbers for future events.

The purpose of the research is to find how to effectively increase pre-registration numbers with purposeful advertising, effective channels of engagement, and functional webdesign. We researched what factors affect pre-registration as well as how attendees of ISM events are influenced by these factors. By combining multiple avenues of research, we are able to share recommendations meant to improve Indiana State Museum pre-registration numbers.
